Hi Maureen. Nice article. Your honesty about your reaction to your friend Lisa’s death was impressive. Just poked around a few of your blogs – attractive web page and interesting essays/poem. Sorry to see you support the health care plan I must say since more likely than not it would lead to the deaths of many more unborn babies (as if 40 million plus are not enough) and hope you’ll re-think that one. Saw Karen and Tony briefly on our bikes in July just before they headed off for work, and Marian a couple of weeks ago, at which time she said she likes it where she is and the woman who runs it as though the residents are her own family. My aunt Grace said Marian made it to their fried Mary McDonald’s funeral Friday morning, which very few attended. I’m sure they both were very glad they got to send their friend off on her journey to eternal life and love.
