From Subscriber Ernie DeCaro:
Maureen,
In reading thru your resolutions I was really moved. You spoke of the things that trouble us all but in speaking of going to church you spoke of
the humility and longing of the human heart.
I survived a war and two cancers. I was educated by way of my Veterans Benefits and Matching Funds from my employer. I worked hard and rose up the ladder. I was good at what I did and I was respected by my peers and my subordinates and at “58″ I was pushed into retirement by an abuser, my boss. I was a threat. Three months after I left with my pension and my benefits he was walked to his car by the State Police. There is a God.
When Channel 5 pushed you out my wife and I stopped watching the news on channel 5 and look where they ended up.
God put us here to find our way back to Him or Her and the biggest part of it all is our helping each other along the way. You do that very very well.
Thank You,
Happy New Year
